What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle and transformative complimentary healing modality that helps promote relaxation and alleviate pain. It is used to clear, balance and fortify the bioenergetic chakra fields and also to work on the three selves of human nature (which are the authentic, culturally created, and dormant selves). It is being offered in many medical practices, clinics, hospitals, hospice and even animal shelters, across the country in their patient care services and even used in some operating rooms to assist patients. Although gentle in nature, Reiki can be a powerful change for your life on a daily basis and works well to enhance other natural or traditional medical treatments.
Reiki can help you in the following ways:
Spiritual
Let your light shine! The Universal Life Force Energy known as “Ki” will help you to do so! Some examples of how it will help you spiritually are:
Provide you with a deep sense of peace and harmony.
Balance and align your energy throughout your meridians and chakras.
Identify and help you resolve any early life or generational patterns negatively affecting you.
·Reconnect you with your divine shine, your source of being.
·Help you to discover and live your divine life’s purpose.
Emotional
Happiness, you can’t bottle it, but you won’t have to after Reiki. Emotionally Reiki can help you with:
Relieve anxiety, panic attacks and stress, depression by giving you healthy tools to deal with these issues.
Help you to heal emotional trauma and negate triggers.
·Help you to move on from unhealthy relationship patterns.
Help you to release unwanted habits and instill new positive habits.
Identify and release any resistance or hidden blocks that are holding you back.
Help you improve communication with others and heal relationship issues (in relationships that you are meant to continue).
Help you to clear negative thought patterns and remove energetic attachments.
Have more positive experiences and learn to see all experiences in life through grace and gratitude.
Have a more fulfilling life.
Physical
Improving your spiritual and emotional state will also allow you to focus more on your physical state. The three aspects of mind/emotional, body, and spirit will be, more in alignment. In turn, this will help you to:
Reduce physical pain.
·Recover from addictions/substance abuse.

A Word About
Distance Healing
Reiki sessions can either be done in person or from a distance. People often ask if Distance Reiki really works. Just because we cannot see energy does not mean it is not all around us, just like the air we breathe or radio waves. This is one of the benefits of Reiki healing, that energy is not limited in space or time and works just as well whether near or far. So, the answer is an unequivocal yes!
Albert Einstein famously stated almost 90 years ago that “two separate objects at great distances apart, should be able to immediately impact each other’s behavior”. He called it “Spooky Science”. Scientists have just recently started to prove this theory, decades after his death. Today it’s called “Quantum Entanglement”. Reiki Masters will tell you it’s not so spooky at all!
While in-person sessions are comforting because the warm touch of the practitioner is often felt immediately by the receiver from the practitioner’s hands and there is a calming presence in the room, some people may prefer distance Reiki. Some people may not wish to be touched or spend time traveling to a Reiki center for example.
It is quite convenient therefore to have access to an immensely powerful healing technique that can be experienced from any distance! The receiver in a distance healing typically feels like a soft, warm blanket is over them, and at times even feels a comforting sensation like the warmth of the practitioner’s hands on them.
Distance Reiki can just as effectively address physical, emotional/mental, and spiritual issues, especially at this crucial time when we all need help and support more than ever. Distance Reiki sessions offer the convenience and safety of receiving healing energy in the comfort of your home with the same powerful healing energy that is safe and just as advantageous!
